RSC's Return to Play & Tryout Information

Updated July 8th

Randolph Soccer Club has received approval from Randolph Township for our Return to Play plan, which was developed in conjunction with current information from government authorities and soccer sanctioning authorities, such as New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS).

RSC leadership has scheduled 6 summer sessions this July that will also serve as training/tryout sessions for the 2020-21 season.  Click HERE to view the schedule.  Information has been shared directly with 2019-20 families who indicated interest in summer sessions and everyone registered for 2020-21 tryouts.

Note:  We will share any weather related updates via an email blast from the registration system and with updates to this website if any issues arise for these July sessions.

Tryout Registration for the 2020-21 Travel Soccer season with RSC for full year teams is open, still.  If your player is interested in playing travel soccer with RSC for the 2020-21 season, the minimum requirement is to register him/her via the online registration system.  Walk-ups to try out this time around will not be allowed.

Click HERE to access the registration portal.

The platform is new; it is likely that everyone will need to create login credentials.  This new portal will be used for tryout registration, eventually RSC player registration, along with NJYS player registration for carding.

There is no cost to register for tryouts online.

We recognize that there may be players who for a variety of reasons are interested in playing for RSC but are unable to attend a session in July.  Anyone in that situation should email randolphsc.nj@gmail.com to address your specific situation.

At this time, we are not opening any registration for high school-age travel teams.  Club leadership will review plans for these ages once there's more clarity on high school soccer for the 20-21 school year.

RSC's Return to Play Plan lays out the protocol for sessions for the time being.  Anyone intending to participate in RSC sessions in July must review this information.

Click HERE to view a recording of RSC's Return to Play Webinar held on July 6th.  It runs a bit under 30 minutes.  Note for those who attended; the recording is a Take 2.  I redid it without the technical difficulties; so you can see my shared screen the whole time.  Plus, I addressed the questions that came in during the original webinar.  The Webinar Slides, including an additional Q & A Response section at the end, are available HERE.

RSC's Communicable Disease Hold Harmless Waiver can be accessed HERE.

RSC's Health Questionnaire can be accessed HERE. Note this form has been updated to include the additional states added to the quarantine list from NJ this week.

NOTE:  ALL PLAYERS ATTENDING A JULY SESSION MUST BRING A COMPLETED WAIVER TO THE FIRST SESSION HE/SHE ATTENDS.  PLUS, PLAYERS MUST BRING A COMPLETED HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE GIVEN DATE TO EVERY SESSION ATTENDED.

RSC remains committed to providing competitive soccer opportunities in as safe and healthy a way as possible, as the current global health situation continues to unfold.
